Vegan Brownies

Double Chocolate Brownies 🍫


  • 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup stevia (can use coconut sugar)

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour (can use spelt or all-purpose)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 flax eggs (can use applesauce or chia)

  • 1/4 cup @emjoylifefoods chocolate morsels


Preheat oven to 325. Line 8x8 dish with parchment paper. Mix PB, maple syrup, stevia, coconut oil and vanilla extract until well-combined. Add cacao powder (slowly). Add flax egg little by little until well-combined. Next, add in flour and mix. Lastly, fold in chocolate chips. I also added some on top. Bake for 24 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
