Pumpkin Protein Bars


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp stevia

  • 1 snack-size container unsweetened applesauce

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 egg whites

  • 15-oz. can raw pumpkin

  • 1.5 cups oat flour

  • 3 scoops vanilla whey protein

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • chocolate chips (if necessary)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Spray a 9 X 13 Pyrex dish with nonstick spray.

  • Combine ingredients and mix well.

  • Spread batter into Pyrex dish and bake for 30 min

  • Enjoy!
