- 1.5 scoops Pescience frosted chocolate cupcake protein
- 10g coconut flour
- 25g unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
- 10g fat free chocolate jello pudding mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg white
1.) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2.) Mix all dry ingredient together, then add wet ingredients.
3.) Spray donut pan with coconut oil spray.
4.) Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes. Makes about 5 donuts.
Optional Icing: chocolate or vanilla protein powder mixed with a bit of water and topped with sprinkles. 👌
